Additional Terms and Conditions for Single-Family Loan-Level Dataset

Freddie Mac is making available to you certain historical loan-level data on fully amortizing & fully documented 30-year fixed rate mortgages that Freddie Mac purchased or guaranteed during specified periods of time, along with certain related data, information, documentation, and other content (together, the "Single-Family Loan-Level Dataset") on a reoccurring basis that is refreshed quarterly. Additionally, Freddie Mac has published a Non-Standard Dataset, which is a one-time dataset that was published in April 2021. The Non-Standard Dataset will contain loans that were previously excluded due to not meeting the criteria of our Standard Dataset. These loans are being provided in order to provide a more holistic view of Freddie Mac's portfolio.
